Valley Rentals is a dba of ValRent Corporation, a family-owned real estate investment company established in 2005.   Managers of ValRent Corp have more than 30 years of combined real estate sales, brokerage, investment and management experience.   A dedicated team of technology and data entry experts handle the day-to-day operations of the website and are constantly making updates to ensure we have the best site anywhere in the Los Angeles area.

Having worn the hat of both tenant and landlord, we were unimpressed with the sites that link people to places for rent.  The sites either charged some sort of fee, provided distracting ads about used toasters for sale and bizarre dating propositions, or had a rather vast geographic scope – either all of California or the entire country.

As residents of the San Fernando Valley, we wanted a site that really understood the communities and distinguished between areas within the Valley.  We also didn’t want the site to obligate you to pay for a membership, nor did we want ValleyRentals.com to mirror other free sites that look like chaos on a webpage.
